Very Good
We were placed in an apartment on the 6th floor, at night the noise from the ventilation was almost unbearable. The fan in the toilet could not be turned off either, so it was making noise all night.

Great hotel, good location, unbeatable value.
Hotel was fantastic. Room was as spacious as you need for two people and very clean. The location was slightly outside of the main centre, which is what I expected, although only a 10 minute walk to a tram or underground station. Plenty of nice cafes nearby for breakfast or brunch too.
The only con I have was that our original room was adjoining to another room with only a locked door in both rooms separating each room, we could hear everyrthing in the next room, we were lucky that the cleaners were in the room next to us as we checked in as we heard this immediately. This is not good for privacy. I let the staff know straightaway that I was unhappy with this and they were able to find me a room that was self contained and not connected to another. I think these adjoining rooms should be renovated so that the doors are replaced and a wall put in place to ensure privacy for all guests. Apart from this, everything else was perfect.

-The location is 5 minutes walk from tram station. -There are many nice and trendy eateries in the area. -The bed was super comfy. We could hear the birds' sounds from our room in the morning during our stay, which was really nice.
